Who we are
AshACE Tuition is a trading name of ACE Tutorial LLP, registered in England and Wales (OC415815), 18 St. Cross Street, London EC1N 8UN. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), your child's year group, the schools you are aiming for, your message, and how you would like us to contact you. We also note which country the enquiry came from.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to offer your child a place. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to our office inbox. Only AshACE Tuition can see them.
How long we keep it
If your child does not join us, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. If your child joins, we keep the details we need for as long as they are a student.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map is provided by Google Maps.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email hello@ashacetuition.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
